The proprietary Rejent Digital V-Anvil stabilizer gage as highlighted below is an instrument that we specially developed for measuring 3 lobed down hole stabilizers used in oil and gas drilling applications. Our engineering and electronic design expertise is on display with this unit, integrating state-of-the-art digital technology and utilizing advanced fabrication techniques for the custom construction. Composed of tool steel and 7075-T6 anodized aluminum, the part was fabricated with wire EDM machining, hardened and precision ground. The gage is fully assembled on site, and tested for accuracy and integrity with functionality testing, visual and dimensional inspections.
The Digital V-Anvil Stabilizer gage is available in a size range of 3.9" to 14", and 13" to 27" diameters, boasting measuring tolerances to 0.003". Custom sizing is also offered. Turnaround time for this unit is 4 weeks, with single or small lot production volumes and reliable delivery.
